Shipping & Delivery
Free International Delivery

Deliveries will be made within 7-10 business days after you place your order. Standard Delivery is FREE and your order will be sent out via Royal Mail in most instances. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

Privacy & Security

We use PayPal for credit card payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You don't need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. We never store your credit card details.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us at our New Zealand address listed below in their original condition* within 21 days of receipt. Please send an email to sales@londonthreads.co.nz detailing the reason for your return. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

*Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  • When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
  • Earrings cannot be returned.
